Netflix Announces Renewal of Guy Ritchie's Series, 'The Gentlemen', for a Thrilling Second Season

Netflix is thrilled to announce the renewal of the hit series, The Gentlemen, created by the acclaimed director Guy Ritchie. The series is inspired by Ritchie’s blockbuster movie and produced by Miramax Television, will return for a second season with eight riveting episodes.

Season 2 promises to bring back the powerhouse trio of Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, and Daniel Ings, who will reprise their captivating roles. Fans can look forward to the continued evolution of these beloved characters, with Ritchie once again at the helm as director and co-writer alongside Matthew Read. Ritchie, who received an Emmy nomination for his outstanding directing in the first season, is set to bring his signature style and storytelling flair back to the series.

Theo James, discussing his character’s intriguing dynamics with his partner-in-crime Susie, expressed to Netflix’s Tudum, “I think they’ve grown to love each other in their way, but I think they’ll never fully trust each other because they are so different and they’re from such vastly different worlds. There’s a love between them, but ultimately they will never be from the same cloth.”

While Netflix has yet to announce the exact release date, filming is scheduled to begin in 2025, with a release expected in 2026. This timeline sets the stage for another season filled with thrilling escapades and intricate relationships that captivated audiences in the first installment.
